The Work

From The Block Up

Engine Repair & RebuildsFrom worn bearings and oil consumption to damaged internal components, we start with teardown and inspection to determine what needs attention. We’ll explain what can be reused, what needs replacing, and what machine work is required before finalizing the rebuild.
Performance Engine BuildsForged pistons and rods, compression ratio selection, upgraded fasteners, and supporting oiling and timing components, selected to suit the application. We plan the combination around your power goals, intended RPM, fuel choice, and naturally aspirated or boosted setup.
In-House Blueprinting & AssemblyBlueprinting means measuring and verifying how the components fit together. Bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, ring end gaps, crankshaft endplay, and piston-to-valve clearance are checked as applicable to the build. Final assembly follows the specifications required by the components and intended use.
Cylinder Heads & ValvetrainCylinder head repairs, camshaft upgrades, valves, springs, retainers, and related valvetrain components. We help match the head and cam combination to the engine so airflow, RPM capability, and power delivery work together.

Machine Work

Machine Work. Managed By APP.

We work with a trusted local machine shop for required machining, including services such as boring, honing, resurfacing, and crankshaft work. The scope depends on the condition of your engine and the components going into it.

APP coordinates the machine work, then handles in-house blueprinting and final assembly. You deal with our team throughout the build, with a clear explanation of the work your engine needs.
